Overview
Richard C. Solow is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group. He regularly advises clients in bankruptcy litigations, transactional and distressed finance matters, and debtor and creditors' rights.
Richard regularly represents corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture and securitization trustees, lessors and other parties in domestic and international corporate restructurings, liquidations, and distressed financings and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Richard was an associate at Am Law 200 firms. After receiving his LL.M. in Bankruptcy Law, he served for two years as a law clerk to the Hon. Peter H. Carroll, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. Richard also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Carla Craig, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York and as a judicial intern to the Hon. Cecelia Morris, U.S. Bankruptcy, Southern District of New York.
