ACDL v. Rosado, ___ N.J. ___ (2023)

Jhanice V. Domingo argued for the ACDL-NJ that the statute of limitations had tolled and Rosado could not be properly charged. The Supreme Court agreed, reversing the trial court's denial of Rosado's motion to dismiss. CJ Griffin and Zachary Levy authored the brief.
